NuHope Equity Partners performs research to uncover possible funds due individuals, then audits the files to make sure these funds are still available. The truth is, across the country there are many governmental agencies that are holding sums of money owed to private individuals and companies. If these funds go unclaimed for too long, they are usually lost to the government agency holding them.
Locate and Communicate
Once funds are identified, we start the extensive process of locating the owner. We use available database sources that specialize in "people data" and conduct extensive efforts to locate the owner of these funds. Our goal is to locate the rightful owner, communicate the facts, and the process we will go through to make a claim for on behalf of our clients for those funds. I most cases they aren't even aware that these funds exist. With all the news about "scams and internet hacking" there is, as it should be, a healthy level of skepticism. Paperwork and Payment
Once you have spoken to one of our agents and verbally agreed to let us work your claim, we will set up a time for you to sign several pages of paperwork to allow us to get started.
Our firm works on a contingent basis there are no out-of-pocket expenses to you. We're paid ONLY upon successful collection of your claim. We cover ALL expenses related to the claim until it is paid, and if the claim is unsuccessful, you owe us nothing.
